A 50kW Rooftop Solar System in Daily Use

The rooftop solar installation helps power five employee electric-vehicle charging points downstairs, allowing our team to charge EVs with clean electricity generated on-site. It also supplies electricity for everyday loads such as the refrigerator in our staff pantry.

Small details make the project more meaningful. A sticker on the pantry refrigerator reads: “Powered by Solar Energy.” It is a simple reminder that solar power is not only for large utility-scale projects—it can support practical electricity needs in commercial workplaces every day.

The system also brings an unexpected benefit to the top-floor office. By covering part of the roof surface, the solar modules reduce direct solar heat exposure. As one member of our cleaning team put it, the office feels noticeably cooler during the summer.
